Description :

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for a large mixed-use precinct of commercial and retail properties. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong track record in budgeting, financial review, inspections, preventative maintenance planning, hard and soft services management, and HVAC plant operations. Sound knowledge of OHSA regulations is essential. Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance planning, customer service, and compliance. This is a permanent role.
