Description :

We are currently in search of a Dealmaker/Transaction Manager with a minimum qualification of a B.Sc. degree in QS, Building Science/Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Property Studies. Preferred candidates will have previous experience in construction, property management or development, QS development, leasing, or a combination thereof. The successful candidate will undergo rigorous training and will be responsible for deal-making within the property sector. This includes engaging with clients and tenants, coordinating with professional teams, conducting feasibility studies, and other related tasks.
