Description :

We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee a medium-cost residential portfolio in Stellenbosch. The role entails day-to-day management, financial oversight, tenant relations, contract services administration, and compliance. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' industry experience, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive image of the property and the company while continually developing expertise in property management practices. Additional requirements include fluency in Afrikaans and English, matric with Accounting, and computer literacy. The individual must reside close to or in Stellenbosch or surrounding areas, have their own transport, and be willing to work after hours for meetings.
