About the Role:
We are seeking a female Accountant to join a dynamic private equity and investment management company. The role offers exposure to financial reporting, operations, tax planning, and oversight of capital projects, loans, and shareholder structures across a diverse portfolio of investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial and operational reporting
• Calculate and monitor Capex projects
• Manage overdrafts, loans, intercompany and shareholder loans
• Compile Annual Financial Statements and coordinate tax planning
• Review VAT and perform secretarial annual duties
• Maintain and update organizational charts and company structures

Requirements:

• Female candidate with 4+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Articles or audit/accounting practice experience advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
• Integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information
• Team-oriented with excellent work ethic
