Job description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to assist and support the facilities and property management team of a large, private landlord. The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, management and monitoring of all aspects related to the management of the portfolio and inspection of work to ensure that quality standards are maintained or improved. Also, to ensure strong customer relationships are built and expectations are met and managed. Additionally, relevant soft and hard services experience with additional exposure to HVAC systems (Design, Installation & Maintenance) is essential for this role.
