Job description
A well-established property management and real estate services business specialising in residential and commercial portfolio management is seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Administrator / Personal Assistant. The organisation provides end-to-end property support services, including tenant management, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and executive-level operational support.
The successful candidate will support senior management while also taking responsibility for key property administration functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and accurate record keeping across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistant support to senior management (diary, meetings, travel coordination)
- Manage property administration including leases, renewals, and tenant records and reconciliations
- Handle client and tenant communication professionally and timeously
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic financial administration
- Maintain accurate filing systems and property documentation
- Coordinate maintenance requests with service providers and contractors
- Support general office management and reception duties when required
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in administration or property-related role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in property administration will be highly advantageous
- Professional, discreet, and service-driven approach
- Fluent in Afrikaans
