About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our consulting team across commercial, retail, industrial, and residential projects. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to develop cost management, procurement, and contract administration skills under the guidance of senior project staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing quantity measurements and cost estimates for construction projects
- Support monitoring and management of project budgets
- Review and track subcontractor invoices and claims for payment under supervision
- Assist with procurement processes and material management
- Maintain project cost records and support preparation of cost reports
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to support project execution
- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Quantity Surveying (Honors) or related qualification
- 1-3 years relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop under senior mentorship
